Darb Family is a product of Darb Labs. The registered company details will be published here before this website collects any personal information.
A contact address for privacy questions will be published here at the same time.
Visiting the website
The website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and stores nothing in your browser apart from one short-lived cookie when you leave the waitlist. It loads nothing from other companies’ servers and never asks for your location.
Cloudflare hosts the website. Like any web host, it processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect the site against attacks. We do this because we have a legitimate interest in running a secure website. We do not keep visitor logs.
The waitlist
The waitlist is not open yet. When it opens, this section will explain exactly what is collected, why, for how long and how to leave.
Who helps us
- Cloudflare hosts the website.
- Neon stores the waitlist in the United Kingdom.
- Resend sends the waitlist emails.
They act for us under data processing terms and may use your information only to provide these services.
Information outside the UK
Cloudflare, Neon and Resend are US companies, and Cloudflare and Resend may process information outside the UK. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which these companies are certified, or by the UK’s approved international data transfer agreements.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your information, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a common format. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect what we did before.
Complaints
Please tell us first so we can put things right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Children
This website is for adults, and the waitlist is for adults.
Changes
If we change this notice, we update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your waitlist address, we will tell you by email first.
